Returns & Exchanges

At Grumpy Pencil, we want you to love your wearable art, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive an email confirmation and refund status once our warehouse processes the return.
